Casa del Sol Naciente is a semi-open holiday villa that offers all the comforts you need.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a hob, a convection oven and a built-in dishwasher.
A coffee can be made with capsules in the Philips l'or Barista or in one of the 2 espresso makers. There are enough pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for 6 people. Also glasses in various sizes.
You can toast your bread in the toaster, there is a kettle and microwave oven, all in a bright red retro style.

The living space consists of two connected parts. The spacious dining area followed by a living room with black leather lounge, 55-inch TV. If you prefer to enjoy your dinner outside, you can do so on the cosy terrace, where, in addition to a dining table and chairs for 6 people, there is also a seating area and a bar table. You can dine in every corner!
From the kitchen, as well as the living area, you have access to the terrace with pools and to a cosy outdoor area with bar table and dining table with 6 chairs. Given the eternal spring in Lanzarote, you will have blissful moments there!

Fancy a refreshing splash? Children can have fun in the children's pool, which is about 1m deep and 3.5x4m in size. Teenagers and adults can then swim in the second heated (26°) pool with a depth of about 1.5m. (5m x 4m)

Casa del Sol Naciente features no less than 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
- In the spacious, contemporary decorated master bedroom on the first floor, you will sleep soundly in a comfortable king-size bed (1.80m x 2m). Your holiday wardrobe can be stored in the walk-in dressing room. Here too, there is an ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.
- On the ground floor is the first twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 2m. In the ensuite bathroom you can choose between an invigorating shower or a blissful bath. From the bedroom you walk straight onto the spacious terrace where you can rub the sleep out of your eyes in the sitting area. Or you can choose to take your first refreshing dip in the heated pool.
- A staircase to -1 takes you to the second twin bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 1.9m. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with toilet and bathtub. And despite being on -1, you still have your own enclosed terrace down there.
